Align Technology, the makers of Invisalign, seeks a Total Rewards Specialist for EMEA to support compensation and benefits programs across the region. You will analyze market data, perform job evaluations, and coordinate vendors to ensure accurate and timely program administration.

This role reports to the Director, People Operations Total Rewards & Mobility EMEA and requires strong Excel skills, solid English, and the ability to collaborate with HR and external providers to drive regional Total

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of international compensation and benefits experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Developing professional knowledge of compensation and benefits concepts, practices and procedures.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve compensation and benefits issues.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to review data from multiple sources to support recommendations.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with HR and external providers.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures.
• Team player with collaborative mindset to support regional Total Rewards processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support market analyses and job evaluation activities for job creation and reclassification requests, reviewing inputs to inform recommendations on job grade, incentive eligibility and job title.
• Participate in annual country-specific salary, benefits and salary increase surveys, coordinating inputs with market data providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support compensation analyses and modeling, including compa-ratio, salary range, market positioning and other standard analyses.
• Maintain regional salary market data in Excel and provider databases, supporting job matching and annual range reviews.
• Support maintenance of country-specific benefits data with global brokers and local HR teams.
• Assist with benchmarking activities related to employee benefits and identify opportunities for review by Total Rewards team.
• Prepare compensation and benefits education and materials consistent across lines of business with local relevance.
• Support training and communication on compensation and benefits fundamentals as required.
• Monitor compensation and benefits trends and applicable legislation, escalate updates to Total Rewards team.
• Participate in annual regional compensation planning including data prep and HRIS coordination.
• Assist compensation planners during planning cycles, respond to routine questions and escalate complex matters.
• Support vendor coordination with market data providers and insurers and maintain relationships and timely deliverables.
• Prepare recurring compensation and benefits metrics and reports for management review.
