Job summary

ERM is seeking an experienced EMEA Rewards Director to lead the total rewards function for the region, shaping reward philosophy to attract, retain and motivate talent across diverse roles. The role requires strategic leadership, benchmarking, job architecture, and experience in a professional services or consulting environment, with Workday knowledge preferred.

The position reports to the EMEA HR team and will manage a small rewards team, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders on

Qualifications

• Senior reward experience across multiple EMEA countries.
• Deep technical expertise in reward frameworks and plan design.
• Experience with benchmarking and job architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management in matrix environments.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end annual reward cycle activities.
• Act as strategic reward partner to the EMEA senior leadership.
• Develop and deliver reward communications for the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders on reward projects.
• Lead large-scale reward projects including EU Pay Transparency readiness.
• Lead a small team of reward professionals.
