Jobgether seeks a Senior Director, Alliance to lead the EMEA alliance program from Spain, building scalable partnerships with Global Systems Integrators and shaping joint plans that drive customer adoption, revenue, and long-term growth.

You will manage a team of alliance professionals and work closely with sales, product, engineering, and operations to accelerate partner-sourced pipeline and governance, while expanding capabilities around data and AI technologies.

Formación

• Extensive experience building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships across EMEA within a technology organization.
• Proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading alliance professionals to exceed objectives.
• Deep understanding of Global Systems Integrators, their structures, stakeholders, and value propositions.
• Experience with major global consulting/SI firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, EY).
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and translate relationships into measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the EMEA alliance strategy across a portfolio of top-tier partners and develop joint business plans.
• Build executive governance with priority partners through reviews and strategic alignment meetings.
• Lead partner capability development around data and AI technologies and co-innovation initiatives.
• Drive partner-led go-to-market campaigns and demand-generation programs.
• Manage and develop a team of alliance professionals and collaborate with regional sales and leadership.
