Jobgether partner seeks an Engineering Manager, AI Product Development based in Spain. This hands-on leadership role builds AI-enabled products and modern software platforms while leading senior engineers.

You’ll guide architecture, AI workflows, and delivery across frontend, backend, data, cloud, and AI systems in a remote-first, globally distributed environment. You’ll mentor teams, shape technical strategy, and collaborate with Product and Design to drive meaningful outcomes.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and owning technical delivery.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into products or processes.
• Strong web development experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proven ability to design scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native apps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering ownership and collaboration.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Influence product direction and drive outcomes with a user-focused mindset.
• Design, review, and evolve scalable architectures and technical plans.
• Drive AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity and quality.
• Provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, data, and cloud domains.
• Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and maintain engineering standards.
• Improve CI/CD, testing, observability, and reliability across the org.
• Monitor metrics to identify risks and support data-driven decisions.
• Remain hands-on when needed and foster asynchronous collaboration across distributed teams.
