Danfoss in Barcelona is seeking a strategic partner manager to build and scale its service partner ecosystem across EMEA. You will identify, enable, and develop high-performing partners to extend Danfoss service capabilities closer to customers and drive lifecycle growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Distributors, OEMs, and partners to create a scalable service model that supports customers throughout their equipment lifecycle, delivering consistent service quality and revenue

Formación

• Experience managing service partners, channels, distributors, or technical service networks.
• Strong understanding of technical service delivery, aftermarket services, or lifecycle spare parts businesses.
• Experience with onboarding, certification, compliance, or service quality programs.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to develop service agreements and partner business models.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple cultures and countries.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop service partners across EMEA to expand Danfoss service coverage and customer reach.
• Lead onboarding, certification, training, and capability-building activities that enable partners to deliver Danfoss service offerings successfully.
• Establish commercial agreements, service expectations, and SLAs to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Monitor partner performance, utilization, and revenue to drive profitable growth and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Service Operations, and technical teams to support partner-driven opportunities and successful execution.
