Flourish in Madrid is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing SDR team across EMEA. You will drive outbound pipeline, coach reps, and partner with Sales and Marketing to refine strategy.

This hands-on leadership role requires developing talent, optimizing processes, and delivering growth in a fast-paced, global setting. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus CRM and sales-engagement tooling experience, are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading SDR/BDR teams in B2B technology or enterprise software.
• Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
• Strong coaching and people-leadership skills; energised by developing others.
• Fluent Spanish and English; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience operating in a large, matrixed, global organisation is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to exceed pipeline targets.
• Own outbound prospecting strategy — messaging, sequencing, tooling, and territory planning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on ICPs, campaigns, and lead handoff processes.
• Track, analyse, and report on KPIs; use data to improve performance.
• Build a coaching cadence — call reviews, role-plays, 1:1s to develop reps' skills.
