360Learning seeks a Trainer who is the pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services team. You empower clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology.

You will own the One-to-Many Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars, ensuring every client from day one has the knowledge and confidence to make their project a success. You will work with Customer Success and Product teams to address friction points and share best practices.

Formación

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer or strong client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care
• You are recognized for listening and teaching skills
• You express ideas clearly in writing and orally
• You are proactive and results-oriented
• Past experience in the learning industry is a plus
• Impeccable spelling and grammar in German, English, and French

Responsabilidades

• Master the platform UX and Collaborative Learning methodology
• Become a platform expert and get certified on our methodology
• Shadow Stadium webinars and Academy workflows to understand the One-to-Many engine
• Host Stadium webinars and receive peer feedback on engagement
• Identify updates to the Engagement Academy aligned with product releases
• Lead onboarding of new Trainers and mentor the team
