Job summary

360Learning's Trainer role powers our Professional Services team by turning clients into platform masters through our Collaborative Learning methodology. You will own the One-to-ManyEngagement Academy & Stadium webinars, ensuring rapid adoption and long-term engagement from day one.

As a pedagogy and platform expert, you will craft scalable learning ecosystems, work with Customer Success and Product teams, and translate client feedback into training that addresses real friction points worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or client-facing in CS/Care
• Strong listening and teaching skills
• Clear and concise written and oral communication
• Proactive with a results-oriented mindset
• Learning industry experience is a plus
• Excellent writing in German, English and French

Responsibilities

• Master platform UX and Collaborative Learning methodology
• Host Stadium webinars and contribute to Academy updates
• Lead webinars, define quarterly priorities with coach
• Contribute to Confluence with best practices
