Job summary

Silimed seeks a People & Business Performance Specialist for the EMEA region. You will align talent strategy with business goals, drive performance management, KPIs and continuous improvement across Europe, and lead onboarding, engagement, and development programs.

You will report directly to the Head of EMEA and collaborate with HQ teams in Brazil to ensure global standards are adapted locally, with a practical, data-driven approach and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, performance management, or consulting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Align business objectives with people management across Europe (EMEA).
• Support area leads in strategic planning, KPI cascades, performance management, and onboarding.
• Define and drive organizational climate and talent development initiatives.
