Job summary

Silimed seeks a strategic and hands-on People & Management Manager (EMEA) based in Spain to lead HR operations and management strategy across the EMEA region. You will drive organizational growth, streamline processes, and cultivate top talent as we scale our presence.

The role requires an agile, results-oriented HR leader with multinational experience, fluent English and Spanish, and a capability to partner with regional executives to cascade global goals into local actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in international, multicultural environments—preferably in Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Aesthetics, or regulated industries.
• Hands-on full-cycle HR operations (talent acquisition, L&D, performance, culture) with strategic KPI tracking and Lean/PDCA/process optimization.
• Strong ability to diagnose bottlenecks, perform root-cause analyses, and translate data into action plans.
• Ability to build cross-functional trust and partner with regional leaders and executive management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus for corporate alignment.

Your mission

The primary mission of the People & Management Manager (EMEA) is to act as a strategic business partner and operational driver for Silimed's international expansion. By integrating end-to-end HR management, results-based tracking, and continuous process improvement, this role ensures operational efficiency, cascades global corporate goals, and builds a high-performing, scalable culture across the region.

Your profile

We are looking for an agile, results-oriented HR Manager or Senior HRBP who combines strong business acumen and analytical thinking with a deeply human approach. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Multinational Experience: Proven track record in international, multicultural environments—preferably within Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Aesthetics, or regulated industries.
• Dual HR & Management Focus: Hands-on expertise in full-cycle HR operations (talent acquisition, L&D, performance, and culture) coupled with strategic management skills (KPI tracking, process optimization, and goal cascading via PDCA or Lean).
• Analytical & Execution Mindset: Strong capability to diagnose operational bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analyses, and turn data into structured action plans.
• Leadership & Influence: Ability to build cross-functional trust, navigate local labor nuances, and act as an influential partner to regional leaders and executive management.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required); intermediate-to-advanced Portuguese is a strong asset for corporate alignment.
