Job summary

Silimed, a leading medical device company, is expanding its European footprint and seeks a People & Business Performance Specialist EMEA to join the team in Alcorcón (Madrid). You will shape talent strategy, performance cycles, and business alignment across Europe.

You will report to the Head of EMEA and collaborate with HQ in Brazil, driving onboarding, organizational climate, and talent development while applying global standards locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years in business management, strategic planning, performance management, or internal/external consulting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Your mission

In this strategic role, you will serve as a key advisor aligning business objectives with people management across our European operations. You will support area leads in strategic planning, goal cascading (KPIs, SWOT analysis), performance management, and continuous improvement, while driving core HR cycles such as onboarding, organizational climate, and talent development. In your day-to-day, you will report directly to the Head of EMEA and work in close collaboration with HQ teams in Brazil, ensuring global standards are effectively adapted and executed locally.

Your profile

What We Are Looking For & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, performance management, or internal/external consulting.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence senior management.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Professional working knowledge of Portuguese is considered a strong plus.
• Bonus Points: Previous background in management consulting (e.g., Big Four or strategy firms) is highly valued.
