Job summary

Silimed in Madrid is seeking a People & Business Performance Specialist EMEA to align European operations with talent strategy, drive KPI cascades, performance management, and organizational development within a dynamic global environment.

You will support area leads in strategic planning, onboarding, climate surveys, and talent development, reporting to the Head of EMEA, and collaborating with HQ teams in Brazil to adapt and execute global standards locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, and performance management.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with business acumen.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in management consulting is valued.

Your mission

Main Responsibilities & CollaborationIn this strategic role,you will serve as a key advisor aligning business objectives with people management across our European operations.You will support area leads in strategic planning,goal cascading (KPIs,SWOT analysis),performance management,and continuous improvement,while driving core HR cycles such as onboarding,organizational climate,and talent development.In your day-to-day,you willreport directly to the Head of EMEA and work in close collaboration withHQ teams in Brazil, ensuring global standards are effectively adapted and executed locally.

Your profile

What We Are Looking For & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Economics,Engineering,or a related field.

• Professional Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in business management,strategic planning,performance management,or internal/external consulting.

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset,structured problem-solving skills,business acumen,and the ability to influence senior management.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).Professional working knowledge of Portuguese is considered a strong plus.

• Bonus Points: Previous background in management consulting (e.g., Big Four or strategy firms) is highly valued.
