Job summary

Silimed, a global leader in medical devices and aesthetic solutions, seeks a strategic People & Management Manager based in Spain to lead HR operations across the EMEA region.

You will act as a senior business partner, drive KPI tracking and Lean/PDCA process improvements, and scale a high-performing culture as the business expands.

Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus), this role offers a permanent contract with hybrid work and a path to influencing the regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in international, multicultural environments in Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Aesthetics or regulated industries.
• Hands-on expertise in full-cycle HR operations (talent acquisition, L&D, performance, culture) and strategic management (KPI tracking, Lean/PDCA).
• Strong analytical ability to diagnose bottlenecks and translate data into action plans.
• Proven leadership and influence to partner with regional leaders and executive management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and management strategy across the EMEA region.
• Partner with regional leaders to align HR goals with global corporate objectives.
• Drive organizational growth, process improvements, and talent development.
• Cascading goals and tracking performance using PDCA or Lean approaches.
