TD SYNNEX is seeking a senior, externally-facing business development leader to win and activate international Tier-1 Microsoft partners across EMEA. You’ll orchestrate a unified value proposition, lead cross-country collaboration and drive partner success from onboarding to growth.

You will own Tier-1 partner accounts, coordinate with platforms, services and country teams, and influence C-level decisions. English fluency is required, additional European languages are a plus; travel may be

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience in IT with channel and/or vendor at a business development level; multi-country sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; formal sales training preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem across Azure, Security and Modern Workplace.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to influence senior decision-makers (C-level).
• English fluency; a second European language is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop international pan-European Tier-1 partner accounts of moderate-to-high complexity; win new business.
• Acquire new T1 partners and onboard them into TD SYNNEX; build a T1 partner hitlist per country.
• Coordinate central EMEA onboarding, processes and documentation for scalable activation.
• Advise on partner marketing goals and provide tools and repeatable solutions.
• Forecast, monitor pipeline and align with Microsoft BU for go-to-market.
