Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a senior Marketing leader to drive the EMEA Service Marketing strategy across multiple countries. You will shape service offerings, guide commercial planning, and enable sales teams with insights and tools to accelerate growth.

You will collaborate with Operating Units and regional/global stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. Strong market analysis, customer insights, and healthcare industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic marketing, commercial strategy, product marketing, or business development.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing regional or multinational marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong use of market insights, customer research, and competitive analysis to support business decisions.
• Ability to travel as required within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EMEA Service Marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Define and enhance service offerings to support revenue growth, market expansion, and customer value.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify commercial opportunities.
• Lead service sales enablement initiatives, including training programs, engagement activities, and sales tools.
• Support digital marketing, communications, branding, conferences, and customer engagement activities across the service business.
• Partner with Operating Units, regional teams, and global stakeholders to align commercial and marketing priorities.
• Develop business cases, market assessments, and strategic recommendations to support growth initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend actions to improve commercial effectiveness and market impact.
