Job summary

North Search is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Spanish team to implement marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals, ensure brand consistency, and support the local commercial network in Europe. The role focuses on product marketing plans, launches, campaigns, and collaboration with sales to drive growth in the Life Sciences sector.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in senior marketing roles within healthcare or life sciences, a business/marketing degree, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business / Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in senior marketing roles within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences.
• Languages: English required.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate and implement the marketing plan for product portfolios from strategy to tactics.
• Manage the marketing budget and analyze product profitability with cross-functional teams.
• Roll out marketing strategies and annual plans within the country aligned with global objectives.
• Coordinate launches, campaigns, advertising, and events to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with sales to define campaigns and provide marketing tools to optimize performance.
• Contribute to annual and periodic sales forecasts based on marketing insights.
