Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5+ years in people management.

• Experience building multi-channel sourcing strategies using AI tools for candidate discovery.
• Strong metrics ownership and operational discipline with predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver data-driven, business-aligned TA strategies across the EMEA region.
• Lead a high-performing TA team and partner with senior leaders to anticipate talent needs.
• Implement AI-enhanced hiring frameworks and ensure bias reduction in AI screening tools.
