Job summary

Revelyst is seeking an HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist EMEA for our European HQ in Barcelona. You will manage payroll and HR administration across Spain, France, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, coordinating with external providers and internal teams.

You will handle onboarding, benefits administration (e.g., company cars, meal vouchers, occupational risk prevention), and time and attendance in systems like Workday, ADP and Woffu. English and Spanish fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of Spanish payroll and labor administration; France/Germany experience a plus.
• Experience with Workday and external payroll providers (ADP, Woffu) and fluent English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly payroll across Spain, France, Germany, UK, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
• Liaise with external payroll providers and internal HR/Finance teams.
• Handle onboarding paperwork, contracts, and attendance in HR systems.
