Airbnb seeks a Senior Growth & Operations Manager, EMEA, to work with Country and regional leadership to design and execute growth initiatives across demand, supply, and regulatory surfaces. You will own cross-functional programs end-to-end, run pilots, coordinate stakeholders, and report insights to leadership to accelerate Airbnb’s presence in the region.

The role is based in London, Berlin or Barcelona with a hybrid schedule.

Formación

• 6+ years of work experience, preferably in business consulting or Strategy and Operations in a scale-up.
• Tech background is a plus.
• Business background with operations, sales, growth marketing and partnerships.
• Strong project management across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset for end-to-end business analysis with Excel/AI tools; SQL or Python is a plus.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to deliver.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; another European language is a plus.
• Locations: London, Berlin or Barcelona; willingness to visit offices regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Own conception, execution and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across demand, supply and regulatory areas.
• Source and operate pilots to accelerate growth, including traffic, CRM, growth marketing and partnerships.
• Drive regular business operation meetings with cross-functional teams to stay on track.
• Present analysis, insights and actionable plans to regional leadership to drive decisions.
