Beyond is seeking a People Operations Generalist to oversee the EMEA region, driving employee experience, payroll, compliance, and partner relations. The role reports to the Senior Director of People Operations and requires two days per week in our Barcelona office.

You will build processes, support onboarding and development programs, and partner with leaders to drive engagement and retention across Spain, Portugal and the UK.

Formación

• Experience in People Operations in the EMEA region (Spain, Portugal, UK).
• Experience managing payroll across multiple locations.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day People Operations processes for the EMEA region, including payroll, benefits, system administration and compliance.
• Build, document and maintain standard operating procedures across the region.
• Advise on scalable global People programs and regional projects to drive engagement and retention.
• Lead employee relations cases and counsel managers on coaching, performance and engagement.
• Own global engagement and people-development projects and report outcomes to leadership.
• Manage Barcelona office operations and related support.
