Teleperformance in Barcelona is hiring a Sales Team Leader to guide the commercial engine of a strategic new program with Airbnb and the Growth team. You will lead cross-market activities and build a multilingual team to drive outbound pipelines and secure quality opportunities across the EMEA region.

The role requires 1.5+ years as a Sales Team Leader, fluent English (C1), strong leadership and analytical skills, and a BA/BS or equivalent. A base salary plus performance bonus is offered.

Formación

• 18 months minimum experience as a Sales Team Leader.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• English level: Proficient (C1).
• Good people skills and strong presentation, analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Team player with leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Consultative sales knowledge (BANT) is a plus.
• Passionate about sales, technology and the internet; eager to learn and develop.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets.
• Drive outbound pipeline generation and ensure consistent host acquisition performance.
• Lead high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers.
• Collaborate with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences.
• Build and scale a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.
