Airbnb seeks an experienced Community Engagement Lead to drive Host Community growth in Spain and Portugal, with a focus on scalable programs like Host Clubs and events. You will coordinate with regional and country leaders to balance host needs with company goals, while building robust community programs and resources.

Based in Barcelona, you will oversee regional initiatives, adapt global engagement strategies for local markets, and champion host education on compliance and best practices

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Community Management, Strategy, Innovation, Operations, or Project Management.
• Strong strategic project management skills with experience leading programs and processes.
• Ability to approach Community through a strategic business lens and align Community goals with business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary bridge between the local Airbnb team and the Host Community, coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Lead Community growth, engagement and impact projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop and execute local Community Programs with clear communication and efficient resource usage.
• Collaborate with Country Manager, policy, legal, communications, marketing, partnerships and supply teams.
• Coordinate the activities and daily operations of one Community Engagement Manager.
• Develop and test new value propositions and methods for growing host communities in Spain and Portugal.
• Identify approaches to recruit, onboard and manage new community leaders.
• Design initiatives for train-the-trainer models and content strategies to drive Host engagement.
• Support global Community Engagement Programming and adapt for local needs.
• Lead and organise effective Community events, online and in-person.
• Identify country needs and develop in-market projects to drive Host success.
• Develop training materials for cross-functional partners.
• Work with regional stakeholders to leverage Host Community opportunities.
