Eterniti is seeking a senior HR leader to partner with all group companies from our Barcelona base. You will shape strategy, oversee HR operations, OKRs, and people analytics across destinations, reporting to the CEO and COO.

You will lead culture and engagement, manage recruitment and development, and mentor two HR professionals while integrating acquired entities. Fluency in French and English is required; Spanish is a plus. Flexible hybrid work in Europe.

Formación

• At least 5 years of senior HR/People experience across multiple entities or countries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactivity in fast-growing startups.
• Strategic HR partner with hands-on, get-things-done approach.
• Natural people leader with discretion on confidential matters.
• Knowledge of labour frameworks in France/Spain is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work in the EU without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Act as HR business partner for all group companies.
• Ensure HR monitoring, compliance and OKRs with leadership.
• Oversee people dashboards and annual HR plan.
• Prepare slides for board meetings.
• Lead culture, internal comms and engagement projects.
• Oversee recruitment and training across entities.
• Manage two HR team members and integrate with Jewels acquisitions.
• Manage HR tools: JazzHR and Skello.
