Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Service Parts Materials Planning & Procurement Transformation Leader to drive the EMEA spare parts materials planning function. You will optimize inventory across regional centres, support network optimization, and lead procurement system implementations.

The role requires an engineering background, a decade of relevant experience, and strong change management. Travel up to 50% and collaboration with Engineering and Service teams are essential components of the

Qualifications

• Must have engineering degree and strong knowledge of service operations.
• Proven ability to lead strategic changes in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience building and executing long-term inventory and procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead W and optimize inventory planning across EMEA parts centres, warehouses, and service locations.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies balancing service levels and costs.
• Establish planning parameters: safety stock, reorder points, forecasts, replenishment policies.
• Improve fill rates and stock health across the network.
• Drive reduction of excess/obsolete inventory and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Service teams on obsolescence and product transitions.
• Support alternate fulfilment models and system implementations.
