Sphera, a leading global provider of environmental, health, safety and sustainability software, seeks a Director of Customer Success for the EMEA region. You will lead a team of roughly 8 Customer Success Managers and partner with Sales, Product, Support and Professional Services to drive adoption, retention and expansion of our SaaS solutions.

• 8-12+ years in Customer Success or related field, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Proven leadership of CS teams and managers.
• Experience with enterprise customer relationships and renewals.
• Strong collaboration with Sales on expansion opportunities.
• Knowledge of CS metrics, health scoring, and adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA CS organisation, directing ~8 CSMs and 7 leaders/managers.
• Establish KPIs, accountability, and career development across the team.
• Drive retention, expansion, and customer value across strategic accounts.
• Monitor customer health, onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Services to deliver outcomes.
