Sphera is a leading global provider of enterprise software and services focused on ESG, health and safety. We seek a Director, Customer Success - EMEA to lead ~8 CS Managers and shape the regional strategy across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

You will drive retention, adoption, and expansion, partner with Sales, Product, and Support, and build a high‑performing, customer‑centric culture across the region. Strong leadership and enterprise experience are essential.

Formación

• 8–12+ years in Customer Success or related function, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience leading CS teams and managers across regions.
• Experience managing complex enterprise relationships and strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial sense with renewals, cross-sell and upsell experience.
• Experience operating in a global SaaS organisation with CS lifecycle knowledge.
• Proficiency with CRM/CS platforms such as Salesforce, Clari, Vitally or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA Customer Success organisation and develop a regional strategy.
• Coach and develop CS leaders and managers across the team.
• Drive customer retention, adoption, and expansion across the region.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Support and Services to ensure customer success.
• Oversee health, renewals, executive reviews, and expansion opportunities.
• Establish CS processes, metrics, and data-driven reporting.
