Sphera is seeking a Product Owner to lead the evolution of the Chemical Management platform. You will bridge Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development to translate customer and business needs into clear priorities and actionable requirements.

Formación

• Experience in a B2B software environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and software architecture concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the Chemical Management product backlog.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development to define priorities.
• Partner with engineering on solution design, feasibility assessments, and architectural discussions.
• Review and validate delivered functionality, providing acceptance feedback.
• Support product roadmap planning and continuous product improvements.
• Contribute to strategic modernization and product re-architecture initiatives.
