Waters Corporation seeks a Senior Director of Service to lead the regional service delivery organization for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The role supports lab automation, instrumentation and diagnostics, with a focus on service attachment, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience.

This is a remote position across Europe (Spain, Switzerland or the United Kingdom) with responsibility for commercial execution, operational excellence and customer satisfaction, reporting to the VP

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or analytical instrument industry.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity, managing remote teams.
• Proven experience growing service contract revenue.
• Experience in regulated, high-volume testing environments.
• Experience operating in a highly matrixed environment.
• Fluent in English and able to travel across the EMEA region.

Responsabilidades

• Increase service revenue through volume and price across the region.
• Partner with regional sales channels to maximize service attachments at POS and post-warranty.
• Deploy value-added services like proactive maintenance and remote diagnostics.
• Monitor KPIs to maximize system uptime and utilization.
• Optimize service workflows for installation, maintenance, repair, and software implementation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality policies.
• Align regional service capabilities with clinical customer needs.
• Resolve regional escalations and customer complaints promptly.
• Proactively monitor customer feedback and drive improvements.
• Establish recurring communications and build high-performing teams.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
