Sphera is seeking a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Chemical Management (CM) platform. You will bridge Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development to translate customer needs into clear priorities and actionable requirements.

This role offers the chance to collaborate across cross-functional teams, shape product strategy, and deliver solutions that create real customer value.

Formación

• Experience as a Product Owner/PM/BA in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software architecture concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the CM product backlog.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams to define priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams on solution design, feasibility assessments, and architectural discussions.
• Review and validate delivered functionality, providing acceptance feedback.
• Support product roadmap planning and continuous product improvements.
• Contribute to strategic modernization and product re-architecture initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within a B2B software environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and software architecture concepts.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise or on-premises software solutions.
• Experience supporting software modernization or re-architecture programs.
• Exposure to regulated, compliance-driven, or governance-focused applications.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance workflows and environments.
• Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, and documentation.
