Future Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the EMEA team from the Basque Country. The role involves order entry, coordinating with the MSR team and sales personnel, and maintaining daily and monthly reports to monitor performance against targets.

You will communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers, ensuring accurate and timely updates and handling enquiries with professionalism and care.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and accurate, able to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Excel.
• B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Order entry and changes.
• Ensure part creates are actioned, expedites, and follow through to completion liaising with MSR team.
• Maintain monthly and daily sales reports for the sales office and highlight inconsistencies affecting orders to be shipped.
• Maintain communication between operational departments (e.g., Marketing and Sales) and respond to incoming calls.
