Keysight Technologies in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service / Order Management Specialist fluent in French and English to join our international team. You will own end-to-end order management (order-to-cash), create quotes, process customer orders, and support inside sales while coordinating with logistics, manufacturing and service teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.

This fast-paced B2B role also handles repairs, calibrations, returns (RMA), and changes, serving as the primary contact for

Formación

Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
Dutch fluency is highly valued.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or order management environment.
Positive, proactive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

Manage end-to-end order management (order-to-cash).
Create quotes, process customer orders, and support sales teams.
Coordinate with logistics, manufacturing, and service teams for smooth fulfillment.
Handle repair, calibration requests, returns (RMA), and product changes.
Act as main customer contact for inquiries related to orders, invoicing, and contracts.
Monitor order lifecycle from quotation to delivery and payment.
Identify and implement process improvements in customer operations workflows.
