Viking EMEA in Spain seeks a Senior Customer Service Representative to connect B2B customers, outside sales teams and supply chain; you will own quotations, drive order execution, and identify cross-selling opportunities throughout the customer journey.

Based in Madrid, you will manage accounts, provide product support, and coordinate from quotation to invoicing, with occasional visits across Spain and Portugal. This is an office-based role reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Formación

• 3+ years in commercial or inside sales (ideally B-to-B).
• Technical background or experience.
• SAP experience.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain.
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Some knowledge in construction or plumbing is an advantage.
• Comfort with phone communications.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Fast learner, dynamic multi-tasker.

Responsabilidades

• Act as bridge between customer and key stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
• Build trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of EMEA accounts.
• Create accurate commercial quotations, input data into HubSpot, and follow up.
• Provide first-level technical product support and share market intelligence.
• Identify complex customer scenarios and champion process improvements.
• Occasional customer visits across Spain and Portugal.
