Future Electronics, a global leader in electronic components, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our EMEA team in San Sebastian/Donostia. The role focuses on ensuring customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction by accurately confirming orders and coordinating with multi-functional teams.

You'll manage order entry, changes, expedites, and reporting, while maintaining clear communication with sales and marketing.

Formación

• Experience in order management and sales coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy, particularly Excel.
• Previous B2B sales experience is an asset but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Order management including entry, changes, expedites, and stock coordination.
• Maintain monthly and daily sales reports.
• Maintain communication between Marketing and Sales.
• Handle all incoming calls with relevant action.
