Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, SaaS, or technology sales experience.
• Experience owning full sales cycle for transactional opportunities and handling inbound and outbound digital sales motions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Sales Automation Tools (e.g., Salesforce, HVS, Clari, Gong, Outreach).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience selling across phone, chat, and email channels.

Responsabilités

• Generate and manage pipeline through inbound calls, sales chat, MQLs, and signal-based outbound campaigns.
• Independently close transactional digital opportunities within defined ACV targets.
• Achieve quarterly ACV, revenue, pipeline, and new logo goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and apply relevant promotions.
• Coordinate with Digital E Commerce and Marketing teams to improve customer pathways.
