Jobgether in Spain is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to develop and optimize email communications for a digital platform focused on cognitive development. You will own transactional emails and automated campaigns across the customer journey.

You will drive trial registrations, subscription conversions, and retention through targeted email strategies, localization for international markets, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional email marketing experience.
• Experience with ESP platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid).
• Basic HTML email coding and experience with email-building tools (Stripo, BEE, MJML).
• Strong written English and ability to create engaging email content.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage transactional email communications for the platform.
• Create, implement, and optimize automated email flows (onboarding, retention, upsell, win-back).
• Drive trial registrations and subscription conversions through email campaigns.
• Localize email content for international markets and ensure audience relevance.
• Write engaging English email copy and prepare layouts/templates.
• Plan and execute A/B tests; analyze results to improve performance.
