• Fluency in English and native in either Dutch, Spanish, German, or French.
• Outstanding copywriting skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of deliverability and best practices.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
• Portfolio showing campaigns with strong open and conversion rates.
