Job summary

PARIS/64 is seeking an E-commerce Growth Manager for a full-time, on-site role at Madrid or Zaragoza. You will own online revenue growth, lead paid media, tracking, dashboards, CRM, and conversion optimisation.

The role requires hands-on, data-driven decision making and direct collaboration with Marketing and international teams. The candidate should bring strong technical expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and agency management, with English proficiency to work across Europe, the

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years hands-on experience in growth, performance marketing or e-commerce at DTC brands
• Direct management of significant paid media budgets with proven revenue results
• Expert command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Shopify and Klaviyo or equivalents
• Advanced tracking/attribution knowledge: server-side tagging, Conversions API, attribution models
• Very strong analytical skills: funnels, cohorts, LTV, CAC, MER and profitability by channel
• Hands-on with tools, not just supervision
• Experience auditing and managing agencies
• High level of English (C1 or above) for international markets

Responsibilities

• Technically lead Meta Ads and Google Ads strategy and execution with the agency
• Design and run a creative testing system and amplify influencer content
• Allocate investment by channel based on MER, CAC and margin
• Ensure reliable end-to-end tracking: GA4, GTM, Conversions API, Google Enhanced Conversions
• Build dashboards and weekly revenue reporting: MER, CAC, conversions, AOV, LTV
• Design incrementality tests to measure real channel impact
• Lead conversion rate optimisation on Shopify and manage ecommerce operations and merchandising
• Develop CRM in Klaviyo: automations, segmentation, email and SMS
