Sercotel Hotel Group seeks an Ecommerce Product Manager to steer the strategy and evolution of our digital product. You will align business and user needs through data, analytics, and experimentation to drive ecommerce growth and improve the user journey.

You will own the roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate with marketing, IT, and external providers. Remote 1 day/week and a competitive package reflect the role's impact on conversion and revenue.

Competenze

• 4–5 years of experience in Ecommerce Product Manager roles.
• Intermediate-level JavaScript knowledge to talk with developers and understand technical implications.
• Advanced proficiency in GA4 and GTM (measurement, tagging, dataLayer, debugging).
• Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira (backlog management, boards, workflows).

Mansioni

• Define and lead the strategy for the evolution of the ecommerce platform, aligning with business objectives.
• Build and manage the product roadmap, set priorities, and define short-, medium-, and long-term initiatives.
• Prioritize improvements based on impact on business and user experience.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Propose features and optimizations for checkout, navigation and conversion flows.
• Translate roadmap priorities into functional requirements for technical teams.
• Oversee analytics implementations and ensure reliable measurement.
