Qualifications

• Experience handling reservations and processing rental agreements.

• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism
• Ensure customers are welcomed and receive exceptional service from start to finish
• Maximize sales by offering optional coverage, upgrades, and ancillary services
• Use effective sales techniques and build rapport to overcome objections
• Adhere to rental policies and procedures for smooth transactions
• Assist customers by identifying additional services to enhance the rental
• Provide excellent service at all stages of the rental process
• Support branch operations as needed by management
