IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our market research recruitment team. You will build a solid panel of doctors, engage participants, and maintain up-to-date records of healthcare professionals.

Your role includes inviting doctors to studies, following up to maximize participation, and coordinating translations and documentation as needed. A strong eye for detail and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
