Selectra in Madrid is seeking a Dutch-speaking Talent Acquisition & People Partner to drive recruitment across sales and support roles and ensure a superb employee experience for Dutch-speaking employees.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, define sourcing strategies, headhunt on LinkedIn, onboard newcomers, and continuously improve processes in collaboration with the team. A strong focus on Dutch and English communication is essential in this international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Dutch-speaking sales and support roles.
• Define and update sourcing strategies; headhunt on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Oversee onboarding and collaborate with administrative teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes in line with group guidelines.
• Serve as a People Partner for designated scopes, aligning with department leaders and HR.
