Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia.

You will handle Dutch-speaking customer queries, document interactions, and escalate complex issues. Relocation support and housing assistance are offered.

This role requires native or fluent Dutch, good English, and comfort working in a diverse, global environment.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker
• Good command of English
• Customer-facing experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria or EU

Responsabilidades

• Support Dutch-speaking customers through the available support channels
• Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist with account, service, and general product-related inquiries
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
