Cbtalents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries across channels, ensuring clear and professional responses and accurate documentation of interactions.

Ideal candidates have native/ fluent Dutch, strong English, and a customer-facing background. This role offers relocation support and an international working environment, with assistance in housing and settling in Sofia.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch.
• Good command of English.
• Customer-facing experience (customer service, hospitality, retail) preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria or the EU.

Responsabilidades
