Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Support Specialist in Bulgaria to provide top-tier omnichannel customer support. You will handle Dutch-speaking client inquiries, resolve complex issues, and maintain thorough records to drive service improvements.

Ideal candidates are native/fluent Dutch speakers with prior customer support experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, multicultural mindset in an on-site work setting.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues with empathy and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to contribute to service improvements.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows and client experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies for precise information.
• Act as a brand ambassador representing clients with excellence in interactions.
• Meet and exceed performance indicators for the role in Bulgaria.
