CBTalents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries, provide clear responses, and document interactions to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role offers relocation support and help with housing arrangements for a successful transition. Ideal candidates have native-level Dutch, good English, and prior customer service experience.

• Comfortable relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria and working in an international environment.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria or the European Union
