Job summary

Eurofragance in Barcelona is seeking an urgent Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative to join the Google Ads Products sales team. You will be the first point of contact for businesses across EMEA, handling outbound calls and emails to uncover needs and guide clients to the right solutions.

The role requires Dutch and English, with French a plus, CRM proficiency, and a proactive, autonomous mindset.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience preferred for B2B, with ability to manage pipeline and close opportunities.
• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous; Dutch and English are essential, French is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven selling is required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and expand the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up with potential clients.
• Monitor competitors' products and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
