Job summary

Cb Talents Sp in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist to help Dutch-market clients grow through tailored digital advertising solutions. You will combine consultative sales, client onboarding, and Google Ads expertise to acquire new customers and optimize campaigns.

The role requires 2+ years in sales/marketing, fluency in Dutch and English, and a commercial mindset to discuss ROI while managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Dutch C2/native level and strong English, both written and spoken.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to discuss campaign performance and ROI confidently.
• Good understanding of the Dutch market, business culture, and digital marketing landscape.
• Experience using CRM and AI tools to improve sales and outreach processes.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
• Proactive, resilient, analytical, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Engage and onboard new Dutch-speaking clients, understand their business goals, and recommend effective Google Ads solutions.
• Sales & Growth: Generate revenue through outbound sales, upselling, and identifying opportunities to increase advertising investment.
• Google Ads Advisory: Support clients with strategic PPC recommendations focused on performance and sustainable growth.
• Account Management: Manage multiple clients and prospects while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships and proactively address client needs and concerns.
• Performance: Consistently achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about the Dutch digital advertising landscape, competitors, and market trends.
