Job summary

TP Spain in Barcelona is looking for a proactive sales professional to join our Digital Marketing Ads project, focusing on the Benelux market and potential enterprise clients. You will make outbound calls, manage a CRM-driven customer database, and build the client base while tracking responses and competitor activity.

Fluency in Dutch (C2) with English and French is a plus, and you should have ~20 months of sales experience and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C2 level; French a plus; English proficiency required.
• Around 20 months sales experience preferred.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and meet targets.
• Very strong CRM experience to drive customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand Benelux market and GDPR awareness.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Create and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and grow the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Monitor competitors and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
