Job summary

The Europe Concept is hiring in Barcelona for a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist. You will onboard new Dutch clients, build strong business relationships, and identify opportunities to improve ad performance and revenue.

You will conduct outbound calls, manage a large portfolio, and work toward KPIs in a hybrid Barcelona setting with relocation support and benefits. The role emphasizes consulting on PPC campaigns and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C2 level or native.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Two+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch market and communication style.
• Experience with outbound sales calls.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Dutch-speaking business clients and manage relationships.
• Develop Google Ads strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Advise on performance-driven PPC campaigns and ROI.
• Conduct outbound calls to acquire new clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and grow the account portfolio.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and deliver KPI progress.
