CBTalents in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch Google Ads Sales Executive to drive growth for clients in the Dutch market. You will onboard new clients, advise on PPC campaigns, and minimize churn while identifying opportunities for expansion.

You will work in a goal-driven environment, leveraging AI tools and CRM systems to optimize outreach, manage multiple accounts, and achieve ambitious sales KPIs.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Dutch (C2) and high level of English.
• 2+ years proven sales/marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights.
• Deep understanding of Dutch market etiquette and digital ecosystems.
• GDPR and data privacy awareness for compliant outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and resilient; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and advise on strategic PPC campaigns for immediate impact and long-term growth.
• Drive revenue growth by outbound calls and upselling.
• Engage with the Dutch market to identify needs and opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of accounts and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Meet or exceed KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Cultivate long-term loyalty and timely issue resolution.
• Adapt strategies to evolving client priorities and ensure quality service.
